Standardized forms comply with current Landlord/Tenant Laws for qualify management of rental housing and protection for both residents and property owners.
Has an effective state legislative program that works to update and change the Oregon Landlord/Tenant Law at every legislative session.
A professional lobbyist represents rental property owners in the Oregon State legislature.
Conducts seminars on rental property management, Oregon Landlord/Tenant Laws, Federal Fair Housing Regulations, other educational programs. They provide educational certification availability and other relevant topics.
Holds an Annual State Convention with vendors and seminars.
